Meet Lauren — Certified Pediatric Sleep & Potty Training Consultant

Hi! I’m Lauren, the founder of Restored Nights Sleep Consulting. I am certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep & Parenting as a certified pediatric sleep consultant, certified newborn sleep specialist, and certified potty training consultant. My personal and professional experiences have shaped a deep passion for helping families navigate two of the most significant early childhood challenges: sleep and potty training.

I am a mom to two young daughters who are 12 months and 12 days apart. We love to read, play outside, bake cookies together, and travel. I have also spent the past 13 years working as a Family Nurse Practitioner and have always been drawn to supporting others with both education and encouragement.

As a mother, I understand firsthand how exhausting and emotionally draining sleep struggles and potty training can feel for families. I also know how powerful it is when parents are given the right tools, the right support, and a plan they can actually feel confident carrying out that feels aligned with their child and their home. Every family is unique, and I am passionate about creating support that feels both effective and sustainable.

My heart behind Restored Nights is simple: to offer families calm, supportive guidance that feels practical, personalized, and encouraging — never harsh, overwhelming, or one-size-fits-all. If you are looking for gentle, supportive guidance from someone who deeply understands these challenges, I would love to support your family.
